Terms of use
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Tickmark ("we") about your use of Tickmark at https://157.180.33.72.sslip.io (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.
1. Not investment advice
Tickmark shows what companies and investors filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), with quotes, figures and links to the source. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security. Screens, flags, scores, summaries and "signals" describe filings; they do not predict prices or returns. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them. Consider speaking with a licensed professional before investing.
Some tools let you enter your own assumptions, for example a reverse discounted cash flow that shows what growth a share price implies, or limits in a thesis tracker. Their results are arithmetic on your inputs and on reported figures. They are hypothetical, not a fair value, a price target or a forecast, and they change when the assumptions change.
2. The data can be wrong
Data comes from SEC EDGAR and from third-party providers (for example, market prices). It can be late, incomplete or wrong, and our processing can introduce errors. AI-generated answers and summaries can be mistaken even when they quote a filing. Always check the original filing before relying on anything you see here. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
3. Your account and email
Some features need an email address, for example alerts, sign-in or the waiting list. Give an address you control and keep sign-in links private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can stop emails at any time with the link in each email.
4. Paid plans
If you buy a paid plan, the price, billing period and features are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Unless the law where you live requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. We may change prices for future periods after telling you in advance.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Service for your own research. Please don't:
- copy, scrape or download the Service's content in bulk, or use automated tools beyond the CSV downloads and features we offer;
- resell, redistribute or republish the Service or its compiled data, or build a competing product from it;
- try to break, overload or get around limits or security of the Service, or access other people's accounts;
- use the Service in breach of any law, including securities laws.
The underlying SEC filings are public. These limits cover our compilation, analysis, software and design.
6. Our content
The Service, its software, design, compiled data, analysis and text (other than public filings and third-party content) belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use it under these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment loss, lost profit or lost data, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
8. Changes and ending
We may change or stop any part of the Service, and suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will say so on the site or by email before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
9. Law and contact
